Q. How fast are the turn around times?
A. Our turn around times are the fastest in the business. We will ship out any newspaper order that comes in before noon that same day. Magazines will depend on the size and quantity. They can be as fast as the same day to as late as a week. Flat work also depends on the size and quantity. Most smaller items are shipped the same day.
Q. Is shipping included?
A. Ground shipping is included in almost all of our work (to the US). It is included in all newspaper and magazine printing. Flat work will depend on the quantity and size but almost all of it is included.
Q. Will you assist me along the way?
A. Yes absolutely. We will be here for all lay-out questions or assistence along the way. We are here to help make sure your products come out beautiful and exactly the way you would like them.
Q. Do you check for errors?
A. Yes. Our team will look over your files before printing. If there are any problems (such as low quality photos or missing things) we will reach out and help you better everything before printing.
